He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Lipscomb; and his parents, John Lipscomb and Amy Lipscomb. He is survived by: his son Timothy Lipscomb; his brother John T. Lipscomb, Sr.; and his nephews, Ted Lipscomb (Raejean) of Cowpens, John T. Lipscomb, Jr. (Donna) of Charleston and Todd Lipscomb (Laurie) of Cowpens.
