He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louise Splawn and John Splawn; his uncle Albert Splawn; and his grandson Alexander Lawson. He is survived by: his parents, Linda Lazurick (Step Father) and Horace Lazurick; his daughters, Brianna Lazurick, Nevaeh Lazurick, Penelope Rose and Kylie Lazurick; his siblings, Michael Levi Beck, Michael Beck, Richard Beck and Sheila Knox; his granddaughter Salem Medlin; his nieces and nephews, Jamie Knox, Paris Beck, Tiffany Beck, Travis Whitt and Christopher Beck; his great-nephew Jason Beck; and his uncle Bill Splawn.
