It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Emory (Cowpens, South Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Dean Emory and Irene Champion; and his siblings, Betty Taylor, Hazel Emory, Bobbie McCraw, Patsy Emory, John Emory, Jimmy Emory, Tommy Emory and Sam Emory.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Gipe Emory; his children, Rhonda White (Chris) of Cowpens and Jeromy Emory of Pacolet; his sisters, Kay Emory of Mayo and Nellie Emory of Chesnee; his grandchildren, Faith White, Dalton White, Adrienne Emory, Elijah Emory and Jonathan Blanton; and his great grandchildren, Jaiden Blanton, Zoey Blanton and Colt Blanton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (650 Battleground Rd, Cowpens, SC 29330). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
