It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Beheler Oglesby of Cowpens, South Carolina, born in Drayton, South Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul W. Oglesby; her parents, James A. Beheler and Bertha Mae Neely Beheler; her great grandchild Mills Griffin; her son-in-law Fred Gossett; and her siblings, James, Bentford Beheler, Herbert, Joseph, Barbara, Bobbie and Dorothy Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Libby Bailey (Phil), Dianne Gossett and Paulette O'Brien (Pat); her grandchildren, Dana Horn, Deneen Griffin, Cary Harris, Christina Gravely, Brian Gossett, Michele Bradley, Daniel O'Brien and Andy O'Brien; and her sister Bertha Holcomb. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
