He is survived by: his wife Dedri A. Powell of Coward; his son Wayne Powell (Dana) of Coward; his grandson Harper Powell (Ahri); his siblings, Billy Powell, Jeanette Miles, Marie Lee (Troy) and Kenneth Powell; his mother-in-law Vera Anderson; his goddaughter Sydney Huggins; his pet Daisy; and his close friend Ricky Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
