With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith P. Cameron (Coward, South Carolina), born in Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burney Locklear, Sr. and Edith Lowry Locklear; and her siblings, Janeane Leonard, Karen Benton, Burney Locklear, Jr., Kelly Locklear, Ralph Locklear and Brainard Locklear.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Cameron of Lake City; her children, Amy L. Doyle (Kevin) of Darlington, Amelia McRae of Darlington and Bobby G. McRae (Jennifer) of Darlington; and her sister L'Genia Reynolds (Julian) of Lamar. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
