He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Olivia Lewis; his daughter Tania Marie Lewis; and his sister Anne Lewis Bybee. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Puzak Lewis; his children, Peter Leo Lewis, Jr. of Cottageville, John Michael Lewis (Pamela) of Walterboro and Anna Lewis Cummings of Shallotte; his grandchildren, Peter Lewis, III, Katrina Lewis, Albert Lewis, Kenneth Lewis, Courtney Cummings and Justin Cummings, Jr.; and his great grandchild Leiana Angelina Cummings.
