It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Bessinger of Cottageville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burness Eugene Bessinger and Ida Caroline Wetherington Bessinger; and his siblings, Burness "Burnie" Bessinger, Harriet Hall, Susan "Susie" Bessinger and Mark Hall.
He is survived by: his son Robert "Robbie" Bessinger (Melissa); his grandchildren, Brooke and Courtney Bessinger; his sister Carol Brow (Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Blake Rhodes (Haley), Audra Rhodes and Jeremey Hall (Lynn Brown).
