She is survived by: her husband Tate Parker; her children, Brittany Smith (Jason), David Brent Mays and Breanna Hall; her grandsons, Jayden Smith, Braxton Mays, Grayson Sapp and Lincoln Smith; her brothers, Chuck Adkins (Denise) and Randy Adkins (Loretta); and her uncle Eldon Nicely. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
