He was predeceased by: his parents, Hudson Martin and Aileen Judy Martin; his siblings, Heyward Martin, Mack Martin, Hank Martin, Peggy Marchant, Betty Marchant and Robin Martin; and his brother-in-law Luda Marchant.
He is survived by: his wife Cordelia "DeeDee" Martin; his sons, David Martin (Valarie) and Tyler Martin; his grandchild Delaney Martin; his siblings, Joe Martin (Susan) and Patsy Byrd (Donnie); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Martin, Martha Wolfe Martin, Loretta Martin, Julie Mack (Dusty), Diane Bozard and Donnie Marchant. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
