He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Rucker and Carrie Zeigler Rucker; and his siblings, Herbert Lee Rucker, Elise Rucker, Ruth Rucker, Annie Cherry and Inez Rucker.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Ray Rucker (Diane), Bobbie Ann Rucker (Randy), Dreher "Ricky" Rucker (Dodi) and Dale Paulling (Bob); and his close friend Mamie Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
