Linda Johnson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Johnson of Cordova, South Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gaines and Joann Hacker Merwin; and her daughter Gina Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Rickey Johnson; her children, Katrina Coleman (Robert) of Jacksonville, FL, Reesha Johnson (Willie) of Swansea, Nicholas Johnson (Cloda) and Andrew Johnson (Julie) of Cordova; her sister Sandra Hoffman (Johnny); and her stepfather Edwin Merwin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (1012 Whitman St SE, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Northside Baptist Church (1250 Columbia Rd, Orangeburg, SC 29115).
