She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Proffitt and Nellie Mae Jarrett Proffitt; and her daughter Robin Michelle Harbeson. She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Kittrell (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jana Kittrell, Caleb Kittrell, Abby Childress (Kyle), Joshua Kittrell and Delilah Kittrell; her nephews, Willie Tabor (Mary) and Robert Tabor; and her sister-in-law Sheila Risher.
