He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph P. Smoak and Cecelia S. Smoak; and his sisters, Janice Kennerly and Sandra Smith. He is survived by: his son Travis Smoak (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Raelee Smoak and Annsley Smoak; his brothers-in-law, William T. Smith and Johnny Kennerly; his nieces and nephews, Justin Wolfe (Ashleigh), Dustan Fleming (Julie), Shellie Clift (Bill), Allison King (Paul) and Brooke Yarbrough (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Mattie Wolfe, Will, David Clift, Joshua, Justin, Jamison King, Jack, Brayden Yarbrough, Noah and Ava Fleming.
