Felder (Jessica); his sister Diane Apgar; his sister-in-law Dorothy Padgett; and his grandchildren, C. Hayden Felder, Halle Felder, Kenneth Wayne Felder, III and Keegan Felder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
