Jameson (Tate); his girlfriend Donna Wilkerson; his grandchildren, Peyton McDougal, Bailey Syl Williams, Parker McDougal and Tadd Jameson; and his siblings, Ann M. Mellard (Richard) and Phil McDougal (Anne). He is also survived by numerous nephews, cousins and friends.
