He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Berry Smoak, Sr. and Mary Orene Shumaker Smoak; and his brothers, Glen Berry Smoak, Jr., Charles F. Smoak and Richard D. Smoak.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Collins Smoak; and his daughters, Melody L. Smoak of Cordova and Peggy Darlene Smoak of Cordova.
CDC guidelines for the Covid-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service and the visitation. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
