He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M. Fox, Sr. and Helen L. Fralix McCarty; and his wife Nilda Kilgore. He is survived by: his daughter Cecilia Fox (Justin Shapley); his grandchildren, Cole Shapley and Charleigh Shapley; his stepchildren, Tiffany Kilgore, Nicole Kilgore, Jessica Kilgore and Josh Kilgore; his stepgrandchildren, Khloe Jamison, Trinity Jamison, Brett Hampton, Harmony Hampton and Jayden Kilgore; and his siblings, Margaret Hughes, Helen Hasty and Jessie M. Fox, Jr. (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
