He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Eugene Skinner and Flora Mikel Skinner; his siblings, Peggy Jean Odenweller and Montey Steven Skinner; his stepgrandson Tony McKnight; his children, Cindy S. Greene (Junie) of Jackson and Mikel B. Skinner, Jr. (Caren) of Avera; and his stepdaughter Tina McKnight (Jerry) of Cordesville. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
