He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Herbert Kelly, Sr. and Phyllis Loretta Keeler Kelly; his brother Charles Kelly; his wife Phronie Tucker Kelly; his children, Cindy K. Ashley (Brent) of Summerville and Gerald H. "Herb" Kelly, III (Paula) of St. George; his sister Nancy E. Hendricks of Ellijay, GA; his sister-in-law Carla Kelly of Hastings, FL; his brothers, Kenny Kelly of Ellijay, GA and Jimmy Kelly (Cindi) of Blue Ridge, GA; his grandchildren, Marvin G. "Trey" Mitchum, III (Shelley), Christiana Mitchum (Kevin), Noah Wright and Caden Wright; and his great grandchildren, Camden Allen Mitchum and Riley Kelly Mitchum. He was also cherished by wife beyond words and his children.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that gifts be made in honor of Gerald H. Kelly, Jr., to the MUSC Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
