He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Dangerfield and Dorothy Elizabeth Redford Dangerfield; his stepson Donald W. Savage; and his brother Robert Dangerfield. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hood Savage Dangerfield; his children, Jennifer M. Cochran (Michael) of Summerville and Kelly Dangerfield; his stepsons, Gary D. Savage (Karrilynn) of Tin Sleep, WY, Ronald G. Savage of New Hope and John C. Savage (Karen) of Hanahan; and his siblings, Judy Napier Brunson of Bonneau and Ralph Dangerfield of Goose Creek. He is also survived by three grandchildren; many step grandchildren and many great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted, or the family suggests memorials be made to the Providence Baptist Church, 2069 Alt US-17, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
