She was predeceased by: her parents, David Clyde Smith and Aimee Dukes Smith. She is survived by: her husband Proctor; her daughter Pam Sheetz (Mark); her grandchildren, Chandler Sheetz (Whitney), Kayse Blackmon (Jason) and Dillon Sheetz (Shana); her great grandchildren, Kinley, Colson Sheetz, Maverick, Drake Blackmon, Aubrey Nelson and Kaylee Early; and her siblings, Anita Burnette (Henry) and Fred Dukes (Dot). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
