It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail Kaiser (Cope, South Carolina), born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurie Avinger and Madge Jeffcoat Wright; her husband Maurice "Skip" Wales Kaiser, Jr.; and her siblings, Frances Ann Avinger and Billy Avinger.
She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Carroll (Bruce) of Manning and Buck Kaiser (Allen) of Columbia; her stepmother Beatrice Avinger of St. George; her grandchildren, Phillip, Madison (Katie Whetstone), Sydney and Garrick (Joshua Kaiser); and her great grandchild Bentley Whetstone.
