He is survived by: his wife Irene Colter; his children, Genene and Charles; his grandchildren, Erome, Kiana and Gabrielle; his niece Rachel; his siblings, Frank Colter, Henry Colter and Sarah Gorey; his siblings-in-law, Eddie Lee Glover, Jr. (Veronica), Clary Edward Glover Sr. (Curlener) and Annie Ruth Jennings; and his close friends, Samuel Grey Mack and JoAnne Mack of Payallup, Washington..
