He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Hewitt and Scottie Todd Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Griffin Hewitt; his children, Joe Ashley Hughes of Cope and Cindy Vick (Mark) of North; his stepdaughters, Brenda Kittrell (Jervey) of Orangeburg, Pam Rast (Jimmy) of Bowman and Angie Provaux of St Matthews; his siblings, Johnny Hewitt, Todd Hewitt, Terry Hewitt, Kermit Hewitt, Eula Mae Williamson of Camden and Annette Griffin of Florida; and his grandchildren, Jaylan, Ethan Hughes, Amanda Wingard, Jay Kittrell, Jeremy Provaux, Marissa and Ryan Del Rio. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
