He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Thomasson and Grace Livingston Thomasson; his wife Jimmie Marie Sandifer Thomasson; and his grandson Jeremy Thomas. He is survived by: his son Dennis Thomasson (Bonnie) of Cope; and his sister Jean Hartley of Columbia, S. C.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
