She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albertha Boneparte and Eldon Boneparte; her husband Julius Phelps, Sr.; her children, Julius Phelps, Jr. (Lisa), Tracy Ware (Timothy), Keith Phelps and Terrance Phelps; her siblings, Kathleen Boneparte, Janie Lee Parker (Walter), Loretta Ford, Lorene Manigo, Harvey Boneparte (Mattie) and Eugene Boneparte (Gloria); her siblings-in-law, Virginia Ryant (James), Geraldine Busby, Jeanette Brown (Isaac), Jill Brown (Bobby) and Robert Jennings (Victoria); and her aunts and uncles, Flossie Thompson, Lumisha Mayers (Glen), Rosa Watkins, Lurline Richardson, William Green (Dorothy) and Herbert Green (Kathy). She was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
