He is survived by: his son Wendell Lewis (Karen) of Conway; his stepdaughter Teresa Altman (Joe Cook) of Johnsonville; his grandchildren, Kiesha Lewis (Daniel Marlowe) and Christopher Dale Lewis (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Haley Johnson, Cole Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Tripp Lewis, Peyton Lewis and Korbin Lewis; his close friend Gracie Lang; and his caregivers, Nell Johnson and Kaci Moore.
