He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Hilliard Sr. and Dorothy Stewart Hilliard. He is survived by: his wife Jill Flood Hilliard; his daughters, Diane Baldauff, Stacy Baldauff and Melody Spencer; and his siblings, Troy Hilliard, Wayne Hilliard and Carol Bratton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren and other family and friends.
