He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Harrell and Ina Mae Hardee Harrell; his wife Frances Mae Todd Harrell; and his siblings, David Edward Harrell, Polly Anna Graham, Dorothy Mae Todd, Audrey Hazel Johnson and Billie Faye Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Hal Laverne Harrell (Betty) and Kenneth Dewayne Harrell; his sisters, Ina Lynn Turner and Sara Frances Harrell; and his grandsons, Brad Harrell (Julie), Billy Harrell (Jolene) and Daniel Harrell. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; along with many family and friends.
