Fortin of Conway, SC; his daughters, Angela Kreidler (David) of Winchendon, MA and Stephanie Manning (Shaun) of Sangerville, ME; his grandchildren, Kasandra Kreidler, Dylan Manning and Tyler Manning; his stepson George Leonhardt IV of Frederick, MD; his stepgrandchild Maeve Leonhardt; and his siblings, Michael Fortin of Westminster, MA and Deborah Takahara of Chicago, IL..
