It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Rowe (Conway, South Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter K. Rowe, Sr. and Ethel Mae Utterback Rowe; and his sister Mary Pleasant. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Rowe; his children, Anthony T. Rowe (Lisa), Teresa L. Dahlgren (Don) and Walter M. Rowe; his grandchildren, Anthony Conkling, Ashley Rowe, Andrew Rowe, David Dudley and Nicole Cooper; and his sister Bertha Lee Dahle (Joe). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and extended family.
