It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terrence Michael O'Keefe (Conway, South Carolina), born in Cuero, Texas, who passed away on January 25, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Richard W. O'Keefe; his wife Arlene of Conway; his children, Chris O'Keefe (Debbie) of Northern Virginia, Greg O'Keefe (Trac) of Northern Virginia and Shannon Phillips (Mike) of Northern Virginia; his grandchildren, Sean O'Keefe, Caitlin O'Keefe, Daisy Smith and Kevin Phillips; and his brother Timothy O'Keefe, Jr. (Linda).
