He is survived by: his wife Tracy Kempski; his son Damon Kempski (Beth); his stepson Blake Cook (Kayla); his grandsons, Hunter Cook and Kye Cook; and his siblings, Sandy Ellsworth (Rex) and Rick Kempski (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
