He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lewis; his sons, Issac Stanley "Lee" Lewis, Jr. (Missy) of Murrells Inlet, Jeff Lewis of Clover, Brian Lewis (Jackie Johnson) of Conway and Jody Lewis (Emily) of Conway; his grandchildren, SaVanah Reeder, Zoë Lewis, Olivia Lewis and Ethan Lewis; and his siblings, Sue Tisdale of Kingstree, Lib Moorer (C. W.) of Gilbert and Ronny Lewis (Bonita) of Aynor.
