He is survived by: his parent Rita DeJasu Florence; his children, Carol Barone (Carl), Robert Florence, Jr. (Lynn), Matthew Florence (Janice), Rona Rosenberg-Friedman (Bobby), Judy Rosenberg and Kenneth Rosenberg (Lori); his grandchildren, Connor, Caylea, Genna, Heather, Dara and Paul; his significant other Jackie Gearhart; his former wife Shirley Florence; his friend Warren Cuddeback; and also Cody.
