He is survived by: his parent Mellie Buckalew Fulton; his wife Jo Ann Sheppard Fulton; and his children, Richard Jr (Susie), Martin (Phyllis), Candace (Tim) of Gettysburg, PA and Peggy (Steve) of Merritt Island. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
