He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland White and Drucilla Tason White; his wife Gerline Henderson White; his son Timothy Mark White; and his brothers, Bill and Ed White.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Samuel White Jr., William Edward White, John Nelson White Sr., Matthew Roland White and Bonita White. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
