She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Gana (Lorene Allen Coates) and Mildred; and her siblings, Robert Coates, John Coates and Lois McClellan.
She is survived by: her husband Pentecostal Holiness; her sisters, Thelma Thompson of Thomasville, NC and Anna Newman of North Charleston, SC; her children, Susan G. Winfield (Dan) of Sunset Harbor, NC, Cammie E. and Wallace E. "Gene" Gore (Missy) of Conway; her grandchildren, Robert Winfield (Jaime) of Wilmington, NC, Jordan Gore of Conway and Madison Gore of Conway; and her great grandchild Marin Hope Winfield of Wilmington.
