He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Rackley and Max Rackley of Santa Fe, N. M.; and his sisters, Joni Dawson and Helen Kruger. He is survived by: his wife Sheilah Mary; his children, Christopher Michael (Joey Marie) of Pickerington, OH and Kerry Anne (Michael) of Arcata, CA; and his grandchildren, Michael Farrell, Max James and Abigail Grace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to the Special Olympics.
