He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Lee Cordes Temple. He is survived by: his father Clayton Herman Temple, Jr.; his wife Debra E. Temple; his daughter Samantha Lucille Temple; and his siblings, Pamela Lynn Solomon, Jennifer Lee Tidwell (Stephen) and Jeffery D. Temple (Tabatha).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Myrtle Beach Funeral Home (4505 US Highway 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577).
