He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Whitfield and Jacqueline Lane Gibbons; and his wife Angie Gibbons. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Ridgeway (John); his brothers, Leslie Whitfield Gibbons Jr. and Stephen Lacy Gibbons; and his grandson Hunter Ridgeway.
