He is survived by: his wife Betty Howell; his children, Codie Michael Alford, Nicholas Dylan Howell, Whitney Brooke Howell, Peyton Victoria Abigail Howell and Violet C. Howell; and his sisters, Susan Angela Pyles and Sherry Renee Adcock. He is also survived by two grandchildren and many other family and friends.
