She is survived by: her sons, William P. "Bill" Foxworth, Jr. (Karen) of Conway and Charles David Foxworth of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, William Preston Foxworth IV (Tiffany) of Columbia, Jean Trenholm Foxworth Johnson (Joel) of Conway, Richard James Foxworth (Lisa) of Raleigh, NC and Anna Foxworth Edwards (Josh) of Raleigh, NC; and her great grandchildren, William Preston Foxworth V, Jones David Edwards, Kennedy Davis Foxworth and Richard James Foxworth, Jr..
