She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Griffin and Lillian B. Griffin; her daughters, Tammy Lynn Faulkner and Tracy Jo Howell; and her grandson Larry W. Sykes.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Howell and Tina Sessions; and her brother Phil Griffin. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
