He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Booth; his sons, Jerry Brian Hooks (Debra) of Everglades City, FL and Craig Booth (Dana) of Aynor; his grandchildren, Chelcy Daffin, Seth Hooks of Everglades City, FL, Katelyn Jordan of Aynor, Kacie Booth of Aynor and Emma Booth of Aynor; his great grandchild Jayde Freeman of Everglades City, FL; his brother Rev. Rawlin Booth (Joyce) of Aynor; and his father-in-law Wallace M. Booth of Conway.
