He is survived by: his parent Mary Eloise Cooper McDowell; his wife Sandy Stevens McDowell of Conway; his children, Jeremy McDowell of Conway and Gina McDowell; his sisters, Wanda Grainger (Stanley) of Conway and Linda Tyler (Larry) of Conway; and also Garrett Johnston.
