He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick Caulder; and his son David Farrell Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Doris B. Cook; his wife Jeanette Holmes Caulder of Conway; his stepfather Ivan Cook of Loris; his daughters, Tracy Johnson of Conway and Crystal Caulder (Ray) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Greyson Todd, Austin Howard and Maddison Howard; and his sister Sherri Caulder Cox of Little River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
