She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Ellis and Gwendolyn Madeline Sarvis Ulmer; her siblings, Glenda Walker and John Henry Ellis Ulmer Jr.; and her brother-in-law Pastor Danny Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy A. Bell; her children, Ricky E. Bell (Alyson) and Julia Bell Richardson (Justin); her sisters, Cindy Sarvis (Earl), Patty Marlowe (Greg), Sherry Smith (Clayton) and Terri Martin; and her grandchildren, Hunter Brown, Jasper Bell, Austin Bell, Emma Richardson and Manning Bell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family, friends.
