He is survived by: his father Ken Jollie; his stepmother Tina Jollie; his brothers, Jason Jollie (Jessica) and Will Jollie (Krystallyn); his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Shannon, Ethan and Walker Jollie; his pet Macie; and his close friends, Jonathan Sellers, Shelly Johnson, Charles Hardee and Ashley Hardee.

Memorial donations may be made in Joshua's honor to St. Jude Children's Hopsital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
